ACE Money Transfer has announced a partnership with Mastercard Move, enhancing its ability to provide fast, secure, and convenient money transfers to some of the world’s largest remittance markets. The collaboration will allow ACE customers in the UK, Australia, Canada, and Europe to send funds in near real-time to India, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, and the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA).

The agreement leverages Mastercard Move’s advanced financial infrastructure, offering multiple payout options. Beneficiaries will be able to receive funds directly into their bank accounts, onto their cards, via mobile wallets, or through cash payout methods, depending on the recipient country. Transfers will be available in six currencies, including Euros and Indian Rupees.

    A Seamless Payment Experience

ACE customers in the UK, Australia, and Europe will also gain the ability to fund transfers using their Mastercard cards when sending money to India and SEPA countries.

ACE Money Transfer, which operates across the UK, Europe, Australia, Pakistan, and Bangladesh, has developed a strong reputation in the remittance industry, serving 1.3 million customers worldwide. The company has been an early adopter of open banking, using financial technology to improve accessibility and enhance money transfer services.

Rashid Ashraf, CEO of ACE Money Transfer, emphasised the importance of the partnership, stating:

“Every remittance sent tells a story of support for families separated by distance. Our collaboration with Mastercard reflects our dedication to providing fast, reliable, and secure money transfer services. Together, we aim to foster access to essential financial services, helping communities grow through meaningful connections.”

Tulsi Narayan, Head of Commercial & New Payment Flows Europe at Mastercard, highlighted the role of remittances in financial inclusion:

“Millions of people and communities around the world rely on remittances from friends and family working overseas to help meet their financial needs, whether that’s food, housing, or education. We’re committed to bringing ease, speed, and security to the remittance experience for our customers, and through this collaboration, we’re doing just that.”

    Mastercard Move: Expanding Global Reach

Mastercard Move enables financial institutions, banks, and non-bank financial services to offer secure and efficient money transfer solutions. The platform supports transactions to nearly 10 billion endpoints worldwide, ensuring greater accessibility and financial inclusion. Its network spans over 180 countries and 150 currencies, reaching more than 95% of the world’s banked population.

The partnership is expected to significantly enhance the speed and flexibility of remittance services for ACE customers, reinforcing the growing role of digital payments in cross-border financial transactions.
